How do we work?

If we confirm that your product is manufactured in Turkey, ensure that we determine almost all the manufacturers in the field, unless there is a privacy or license agreement regarding the brand or the product.

What will we do next after you place an order for this service?

You will have full communication with our sourcing experts. We will listen and understand your needs. Then:

1. We will create an MS Excel sheet listing the manufacturers in the field with their contact information and our notes about the company.
2. We will evaluate the list and determine which companies to call or contact.
3. We will contact the companies that we previously determined
4. Finding out if the manufacturer can handle the process or is who we are looking for
5. We write a one-page report that includes our suggestions and the reasons for them.
6. We deliver the order with the Excel sheet listing companies and their contact information, as well as our summary report via WhatsApp or email.
7. You receive an e-mail confirming that the order is completed.

If we have two options that suit your needs, we will suggest you contact these two companies, but we will also provide you with the complete list that we created at the beginning. We may suggest you ten companies as well. It depends on our search part.

How many days are needed to deliver our results?

The search part generally takes one or two days since we have manufacturer databases of almost all production sectors in Turkey. However, finding the best supplier for your needs sometimes takes more than just 3 days because we may need to call companies one by one, there may be delays, etc.

We aim to match you with your long-term Turkish supplier.

Once we recommend companies or workshops to you, our job is complete.

After your order is signed as “Completed”:

You can reach us on WhatsApp later if you require additional information about our reports or simply want to chat about the process. We always welcome our clients on WhatsApp.

In this service, we do not contact companies to inquire about their prices. We only suggest companies to you and explain the reasons for this selection in our report.

What if we only provide you with a list of manufacturers and do not suggest any specific company?

Despite all our efforts, we may not be able to recommend a specific company, but we can provide you with a comprehensive list of Turkish manufacturers in the relevant field. This information is also valuable because it indicates that you should explore other markets. At minimum, you will verify whether Turkey can produce your product in a way that aligns with your preferences.

We will still be providing you a list of manufacturers that you can use later if you change your mind or change your product preferences.

We verify the legitimacy of the companies that we recommend in our final report by utilizing various governmental resources, including MERSIS (Central Registry System of Türkiye), the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, and the relevant vocational chamber where each company is registered. This service is exclusively offered by Pelotek Sourcing.

This service is nonrefundable. Once you place the order, you cannot cancel it.
