These types of websites should have been created with the purpose of selling links. Of course, around 10% of these websites are of high quality and niche-specific. This is valid for all other groups. But for a news site with a MOZ DA above 40, 30,000 monthly visitors is really low and should be checked carefully.
High MOZ DA Values Do Not Mean High Quality
Please note that we have 278 websites in our database with a MOZ DA value above 40. Half of them have zero hits! A website with MOZ 57 but zero traffic might give you some power, but I believe that these websites will hurt your SEO in the long run because they will keep selling backlinks. There is still a group interested in this type of website, and these zero-traffic websites still charge you $15-45.
